8. Requisites

Attention! In the Requisites section it is necessary to specify all payment details of the Participant and full address with index. All accounting documentation will be sent to the address provided.

9. Gallery information:

Specify the country, city, history of the gallery's establishment and its specialization

Indicate the activities in which you have participated in the last three years

If available, attach at least 3 (three) documents (certificates, diplomas, etc.) confirming your participation in the exhibition events (File extension strictly jpg, the size of each file not more than 10MB, the number of files up to 10 pieces).

10. Works that you wish to exhibit at the Festival:

Indicate the directions and upload photos of all the works planned to be placed on the stand of your exposition, indicating in the name of the files their sizes, technique, author, location of the work and the cost of each work in the national currency of your country (The file format is strictly JPG, the largest value of the sides in width/height is not less than 1600 pixels and not more than 2560 pixels, the number of dots per inch is not less than 300, the size of each file is not more than 10 MB. Number of files up to 200 pcs.).

11. Specify the names of works from item 10, which you wish to put up for sale in the online store of the Festival website from the moment of signing the Contract for participation in the Festival.

12. Stand area for your exposition, in sq. m. (when calculating the stand area, please take into account that only museum hanging of paintings is allowed at the Festival: they are placed in such a way that the distance from the floor to the middle of the painting is 152 cm; paintings with the size from 60 cm on the larger side are allowed to be hung only in one row).

13. Need for additional stand design (describe the design of the stand of non-standard construction, attach design layout if available). File extension is strictly pdf, the size of each file is no more than 10MB, the number of files up to 5 pcs.

14. Whether you will need assistance from the Organizer:

to obtain a visa to enter the Russian Federation when booking a hotel during the Festival period in customs formalities
