assessment of the Participant’s and exhibited works compliance with the Organizer’s internal criteria, selection of works from among the works declared by the Participant for demonstration at the Exhibition;
work of an independent international jury to select the winners in each nomination of the VERA Award
Placement of information about the Exhibitor on the Organizer’s website with a detailed description of the exhibited works and their cost with the possibility of electronic sale of exhibits

Standard booth construction:
installation and dismantling of the exhibition stand, wall material 3500x1000x300mm with white color painting, chipboard/MDF frieze on the front of the stand, production of a sign with the name of the Exhibitor, mounting the sign on the holders, furniture set (1 table, 2 chairs), waste basket, general lighting, public order protection during the day and security of the exhibition halls at night, cleaning of the aisles.

The minimum size of the stand is 12 sq. m.
