Dear participants of the Festival “Traditions and Modernity”!

We are glad to welcome you to the website of the XIII International Festival of Arts “Traditions and Modernity”, which will be held from 27 to 30 June 2024 in Moscow, in Gostiny Dvor.

We value the time and efforts of each of you and strive to make your participation in the Festival comfortable and safe. In order to save your precious time, which you can use for creativity and creation of new masterpieces, we try to minimize the need for you to contact office managers and have posted all registration forms and applications in electronic format in several languages.

In order for your application to be considered by the authorized persons of the Foundation, please follow the following registration procedure:

Step 1. Filling out the registration form and registering on the Festival’s website

Fill out the registration form on the Festival’s website:

If you plan to participate in the Festival as an independent author , the registration form for you is located in the section of the site “BECOME A PARTICIPANT -> INDIVIDUALS”.

When you go to the section of the site “BECOME A MEMBER -> FOR INDIVIDUALS”, a page with a form for submitting an Application for registration will open.

You need to fill out this registration form and click the register button.

ATTENTION! We kindly ask you to indicate your e-mail and phone number correctly, as all notifications about the progress of the consideration of the Application for participation will be sent to the e-mail address that you specify in this Step.

After clicking the register button, a registration form will be opened on the website, which must be filled out, indicating the identical data of the repeated fields of the previous form (FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL), as well as come up with a nickname – a unique name on the Festival’s website in English and come up with a password.

After filling in the form, you need to click register, after which you will receive a message by mail with a link to confirm the postal address specified by you in the Email field (the message may go to the SPAM folder) – you need to confirm your email by clicking on this link.

The application for registration is considered by the authorized persons of the Festival within 3 working days. After the application is checked by the moderator, you will receive an email with a notification of registration.

After that, you need to follow Step 2.

If you plan to participate in the Festival on behalf of the Gallery, etc. – the registration form for you is located in the section of the site “BECOME A MEMBER -> LEGAL ENTITIES”.

When you go to the section of the site “BECOME A MEMBER FOR> LEGAL ENTITIES”, a page with a form for submitting an Application for registration will open.

You need to fill out this registration form and click the register button.

ATTENTION! We ask you to correctly indicate your e-mail, phone number and name of the organization (legal entity), since all notifications about the progress of consideration of the Application for participation will be sent to the email address that you specify at this Step.

After clicking the register button, a registration form will be opened on the website, which must be filled out, indicating the identical data of the repeated fields of the previous form (FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL), as well as come up with a nickname – a unique name on the Festival’s website in English and come up with a password.

After filling in the form, you need to click register, after which you will receive a message by mail (within 1 minute) with a link to confirm the postal address specified by you in the Email field (the message may end up in the SPAM folder) – you need to confirm your email by clicking on this link.

The application for registration is considered by the authorized persons of the Festival within 3 working days. After the application is checked by the moderator, you will receive an email with a notification of registration.

After that, you need to follow Step 2.

Step 2.

After receiving a notification to your e-mail about successful registration on the site, you need to go to the Participant’s Personal Account. To do this: go to the website and go to the section “PERSONAL ACCOUNT –> LOGIN”

A login form will open, which you need to fill in with the data you specified in Step 1 and click Login.

When you click on the Login button, your personal profile will open (functionally, your personal profile is only needed to change your password on the Festival’s website: by clicking on the gear and going to your account). To log in to your Personal Account, you need to select “PERSONAL ACCOUNT–PERSONAL ACCOUNT.> INDIVIDUALS” for individuals/”PERSONAL ACCOUNT–>PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF LEGAL ENTITIES” for legal entities.

Next, you will be taken to the Personal Account of an INDIVIDUAL or a LEGAL ENTITY, depending on the type of registration at Step 1.

In your personal account you will find the forms necessary for registration of participation in the Festival. At the same time, the set of forms available for filling out depends on the passage of accreditation (upon passing the Accreditation for participation in the Festival, the number of sections and forms required to be filled out in the Personal Account will increase).

Step 3.

Fill out the Accreditation Application.

To do this, take a close look at the form, prepare the necessary information and files in the required format for upload, and upload them to the form.

We inform each participant that our team strives to develop contemporary art by creating transparent and honest formats of communication between authors, galleries, collectors, viewers and buyers. Therefore, we ask you to indicate a fair price for your works in the Accreditation section when describing each work that you plan to exhibit at the Festival.

Send the completed form for approval. The accreditation form for participation in the Festival must be submitted through the official website of the Organizer www.vera.art-space.world no later than April 15, 2024.

Accreditation is carried out by the authorized persons of the Festival within 7 days. The criteria for the selection of works are not disclosed, however, works that call for racial hatred, violence, contribute to the escalation of contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance cannot be admitted to the Festival.
After you are accredited and admitted to participate in the Festival, you will receive an email notification.

After that, you can start filling out the forms that will form the basis of the Agreement for participation in the Festival. To do this, follow Step 4.

Step 4.

Fill in the applications: for the provision of space; for additional services; for placement in the Catalog. Pay attention to the number of pages in the Catalog you need.

After all the forms are filled out, you will receive an email to the email specified during registration on the Festival’s website about the beginning of the Formation of the Agreement for participation in the Tradition and Modernity Festival.

At the end of the process of forming the Agreement, you will receive by mail the Participation Agreement generated automatically and checked by the Festival manager in electronic form, which must be signed by clicking on the link, if necessary, a paper version of the Agreement will be provided to you at the address of the Festival no later than 3 days before the opening of the Festival (for this, you need to contact the responsible employee at the venue of the Festival).

Please read the Agreement carefully. If you need to agree on additional services, please contact the Festival manager by writing to the mail: info@vera.art-space.world

Attention! The Agreement is signed by you by affixing a digital electronic signature, which is formed on the basis of the data provided by you in the applications for participation in the festival (full name, e-mail).

After this procedure, the terms of the Contract are considered to be agreed, the Contract is concluded.

Within 1 day after signing the Agreement, you will receive an invoice for payment for services for participation in the Festival. Check your details carefully. The invoice is generated automatically based on the data that you specified during registration. If the data is incorrect, please contact the manager of the Festival by writing to the mail: info@vera.art-space.world. The invoice must be paid no later than 7 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement.

Step 5

Pay for participation, a copy of the payment order must be sent to the mail: info@vera.art-space.world

After payment for participation within 5 working days, photos of your works will appear in the section of the site “Exhibits–>Sales Gallery”.

In order for the Catalogue to contain information that suits you in terms of meaning and volume, carefully check the text in the Accreditation Form and in the description of your works.
